Hey all just had to express my bursting excitement. I am going to Distant Worlds: Final Fantasy concert tonight! I can't wait!!! OMG OMG OMG! This is my first orchestrated video game concert and I am so stoked.

The BIG shocker is that Nobuo Uematsu will be speaking at my school tomorrow!Pardon my french but HOLY SHIT!?!?

I seriously was blown away by this news...how they hell the school manage that?! Anywho im exploding and I must head off now later guys!

Last impressions:

Freaking loved the concert!!! I have never cried tears of joy in my entire life until this concert. Even though they were shed with the first song Liberi Fatali...I just broke down and cried from happiness and the song tugged at my heart strings. It was such a powerful opening song that it struck me like a brick. The whole concert after that I held back tears and I never stopped smiling. It was AMAZING! Not to mention Nobuo...oh Nobuo he is an amazing guy. He is so free spirited and so nice. His actions on stage followed by his speech at my school the next day were one in the same. This guy is super! I have a picture of him smiling and thinking and to me those picture sum him up quite well. I love that man! I just hope my other favorite video game music composer, Yasunori Mitsuda, is like that as well. Concert was amazing and if it comes to your neck of the woods it is a must attend!!! Especially since the words we were given by the conductor was they are adding JENOVA to the list of songs to play.

mostly all of them actually but those are definitely burned in my mind forever

I was least disappointed in One Winged Angel...I thought they sung higher pitched then in the song...It was good still but not as impactful as the rest.

Overall an A+ concert and definitely a must attend if it comes around to your area! I gotta go to bed thought night all
